Irish thrashers GAMA BOMB are due to kick off a UK tour with British thrash legends ONSLAUGHT tonight at The Globe in Cardiff. GAMA BOMB will be joining ONSLAUGHT and FALLEN FATE for ten shows before heading out on a headlining European tour in October.  

San Fran’s heaviest duo, BLACK COBRA, have just confirmed their upcoming support slot for Kyuss Lives!, featuring drummer Brant Bjork, vocalist John Garcia and bassists Nick Oliveri (US dates) and Scott Reeder (Canada dates) of legendary stoner rock gods Kyuss! The second leg of Kyuss Lives! dates will kick off mid-November, and in addition to BLACK COBRA, will feature The Sword as direct support.  

Portland, Oregon’s metal-punk warriors TOXIC HOLOCAUST have teamed up with Cleveland, Ohio’s Midnight for a split 7” to benefit the victims of the Japanese tsunami disaster.

Just coming off the stage from The Big 4, Anthrax drummer Charlie Benante took some time to speak to metalmachine.net and reflect on the experience of playing in front of thousands of screaming metal fans in his home town of the Bronx
