The third printing of the epic monster-mystery saga The Dylan Dog Case Files has sold out entirely!  The sellout was caused in part by the release of the major motion picture Dead of Night, starring Brandon Routh (Superman Returns) as Dylan Dog.  

Eternal Helcaraxe came to be in May 2003. Between then and February 2004 began writing for a black metal project based on raw emotion and atmosphere. After several line-up changes both founding members decided to continue as a two piece and in March 2008 released

Jackyl has announced summer touring plans that cumulatively stage performances for the band in front of hundreds of thousands of fans. Dates have been locked across the Midwest, South and Northeast. Formed in 1990, the quartet has enjoyed a career stretching two decades, bringing a hybrid of Southern metal to millions.  

Following up on the success of last year’s reissue of the classic Winter Of Sin, Abyss Records is proud to unearth yet another treasure from Norwegian black/death metal warlocks FESTER. Abyss has reincarnated FESTER’s 1994 masterpiece Silence on digi-CD. The reissue comes completely remastered and repackaged and features all nine original tracks and a live version of the song    

ISIS, who disbanded in May of last year, is set to release a series of five live albums that span the Los Angeles-by-way-of-Boston band’s thirteen year career.  

Engraved over the band’s logo are the words “East Coast Thrash,” and that’s a good and substantial starting point with this band of brash brothers, brothers who are pros and have picked their instruments of violence wisely.  

On May 31, music fans will have their first taste of re-issues from rock icon OZZY OSBOURNE’s catalog of work with the releases of two albums which form the cornerstone of Ozzy Osbourne’s career as a solo artist: Blizzard of Ozz and Diary of a Madman (Epic Records/Legacy Recordings).  

Finnish black crusaders ARCHGOAT will record five new hyms of Angelslaying Black Fucking Metal this coming July. The mini-album should be released in October of this year. More information to follow in the coming weeks.  

Abyss Records’ resident maniacs MAAX have been added to the already stacked lineup at this year’s Central Illinois Metalfest. Dubbed “The Sickest Fest In The Midwest”, CIM 2011 features some of the biggest and best names in extreme metal over three days (July 22nd – 24th). MAAX will be assaulting fest-goers with their bastardized black n’ roll on Saturday, July 23rd.
