Bob Budiansky has had a pretty good career. He was an accomplished penciller on Ghost Rider, created the character Sleepwalker, and served as editor on such titles as Daredevil, Fantastic Four, and the entire line of books starring a little known character named Spider-Man. He was responsible for a couple of significant initiatives bringing many (including myself) into comics. The first initiative of note was creating the wildly popular Marvel Trading Cards that so many others and I collected in the nineties. And in the eighties he was a significant architect of The Transformers, writing both the comics and biographies on the packages of the toys.

It was announced today that William Morris Endeavor Entertainment has inked an international representation agreement with ex-KoRn guitarist BRIAN “HEAD” WELCH. The initial term of the agreement is for three years. Ember Rigsby Tanksley of WMEE will be principally responsible for spearheading representation duties from WMEE’s Nashville, TN office. The addition of HEAD to its existing powerhouse music division continues to fulfill WMEE’s post-merger goal (with Endeavor) of adding marquee names to its roster. Although based out of Nashville, Tanksley will also work with and take advantage of WMEE’s offices and agents in its Los Angeles, New York, and London offices. British thrashers EVILE have confirmed a full European headlining tour for 2010. EVILE will kick off the “Infecting Nations” tour in January with a string of UK shows, before heading off to mainland Europe for the rest of the tour. The tour will mark the band’s first official shows since the tragic passing of their bassist, MIKE ALEXANDER, on October 5th.
