One such member of the latter is the sludgy, riffy Black Cobra. This past week has been hell for the band, as they have tried to get into our frigid neighbors in the north, Canada, and have failed. Twice.  

Israeli metal outfit FERIUM has added this fall’s Diabolic Tour of Art 2014, headlined by SONIC SYNDICATE. FERIUM will join MAY THE SILENCE FALL and INMATE on the trek, which runs from October 11 – 25. Dates are as follows, after the jump.  

Due to the ongoing demand from European fans wanting to experience Beyond All Light, the acclaimed 2013 album from Louisville, Kentucky-based black metal entity ANAGNORISIS the band will reissue a cassette edition of the album via Berlin-based Yehonala Records in the coming weeks.

American thrash metal battalion BATTLECROSS has confirmed a short run of Summer headlining dates with Canada’s Wacken Battle winners, Crimson Shadows, and New York’s IKILLYA. Set to commence on July 23rd in Columbus, Ohio, the short but ravaging trek will topple fourteen cities followed by an appearance at Michigan’s Dirt Fest as well as additional tour dates supporting Killswitch Engage.  

A cult deeply founded in the darker realms of blues rock, the darkness of humanity, and the occult, DREADLORDS will unveil their ominous debut LP later this year on Not Just Religious Music.  

Relapse Records’ INTER ARMA have confirmed a new run of Summer tour dates with their hometown brethren, Bastard Sapling, traversing the country on their way to perform at Gilead Fest.

Dallas-based apocalyptic doom act, DEAD TO A DYING WORLD, has just wrapped-up tracking their sophomore LP, Litany, with Billy Anderson (Sleep, Neurosis, Melvins). Featuring collaborations and contributions from members of Sabbath Assembly, Pallbearer, Pinkish Black, and Ecocide, the album will be delivered in a massive 2xLP setup. Anderson will complete production on the album as the final factors of the album’s impending release later in the year are sorted in the coming weeks.
