Today, multi-platinum, four-time GRAMMY-nominated rock band Goo Goo Dolls have officially announced their highly anticipated 12th studio album, Miracle Pill, out September 13th, 2019 via Warner Records. In an exclusive feature with SPIN earlier today, lead singer & guitarist John Rzeznik and bassist & vocalist Robby Takac shared the band’s cultural observations and experiences that shaped the momentous and timely record.  

Atreyu have announced the deluxe edition of their latest album “In Our Wake.” The new version will feature the original “In Our Wake” album, along with seven additional tracks. The bonus material includes B-sides from the sessions for both “In Our Wake” and 2015’s Long Live, along with alternate versions of the title track  

In support of their forthcoming Napalm Records Debut “The Things We Can’t Stop” alternative rockers Cold will hit the road late this summer and into early fall. The outing dubbed the Broken Human Tour, the band’s first in over 8 years, kicks off August 29th in Teaneck, NJ and runs through October 20th in Lexington, KY.  

CORROSION OF CONFORMITY will kick off the second leg of their North American headlining tour next week. The A Quest To Believe, A Call To The Void II Tour, set to commence on July 26th in Poughkeepsie, New York and run through August 25th in Providence, Rhode Island, includes appearances at Heavy MTL and KISW’s Pain In The Grass, as well as a headlining performance at Psycho Swim, Psycho Las Vegas’ annual pool-bound kick-off bash where the band will be joined by Lucifer, Danava, ASG, Primitive Man, and more. Support on the near-month-long journey will be provided by their comrades in Crowbar as well as Lo-Pan and Quaker City Night Hawks.  

CATTLE DECAPITATION will begin their Summer Slaughter takeover this Friday. Boasting its first-ever triple co-headlining bill, this year’s edition of the Summer Slaughter tour finds CATTLE DECAPITATION, Carnifex, and The Faceless all sharing the spotlight of the main event and performing full sets. The journey begins July 19th in Salt Lake City, Utah and runs through August 14th in Los Angeles, California. Enigmatic dark metal outfit DEATHWHITE have wrapped the recording process for their forthcoming second full-length album, “Grave Image.” The album was tracked in April and May at Cerebral Audio Productions under the watchful eye of Shane Mayer, with vocal tracking taking place at Mana Recording with engineer Art Paiz. The album was mixed by Mayer, with the legendary Dan Swanö taking care of the mastering process.  

Revered South African born gothic-rock act THE AWAKENING has partnered with Post-Punk.com today, for an exclusive reveal of its new music video for the fan-favorite track, “About You.” The single, is found on the act’s latest album, Chasm, that’s available now from Intervention Arts.  

Pennsylvania technical death metal outfit RIVERS OF NIHIL is preparing to embark on an extensive North American summer tour next week. July 17th through 19th will see the band playing a trio of headlining shows with support from Lorna Shore and Brand Of Sacrifice on their way to this year’s Summer Slaughter tour.
