Los Angeles based thrash metal band Art Of Shock announce that they will be joining Sepultura on their Quadra Tour. The band will be hitting North America Spring 2020 starting March 18th in San Diego, CA and ending on April 22nd in Ventura, CA, making stops in major markets along the way such as Brooklyn, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Atlanta.  

Australian rockers Airbourne will embark on the first North American tour in support of their riff-roaring new album (and fifth overall) Boneshaker, out now via Spinefarm Records. The spring tour kicks off April 20 in New York City and concludes on May 23 in Montreal. The trek includes appearances at several major rock festivals, such as Sonic Temple and Epicenter. Asking Alexandria have given fans a belated Christmas surprise today by releasing a deluxe version of their phenomenally successful self-titled album. The release, titled ‘LP5 DLX’, celebrates the 2nd anniversary of the release of the Self-Titled and features 6 bonus tracks.  

Doom Candy (Ex-Mushroomhead) have released their latest track entitled, “Doom Candy” (Zardonic Remix). The song is taken from the group’s upcoming ‘Suicide Effects’ EP, set for release in early 2020. Doom Candy features music from Jeffrey Nothing and Thomas Church. The music can be described as dark, aggressive “elektro-thrash”; which includes elements of industrial and heavy metal.  

“Phantom Stranger” has Bruce Timm (“Batman: The Killing Joke”) at the helm as executive producer & director, and the short is written by Ernie Altbacker (“Teen Titans: The Judas Contract”). Set in the 1970s, the short follows young adult Jess as she joins her friends at a party in a dilapidated mansion hosted by the mysterious Seth. When odd things begin to happen to Jess and her friends, the Phantom Stranger intervenes to try and save her from a dreary fate. In addition to Serafinowicz and Rosenbaum, “Phantom Stranger” also features the voices of Natalie Lander, Grey Griffin and Roger Craig Smith. DC’s acclaimed Elseworlds story, “Superman: Red Son,”... 

Entering into the new year, McFarlane Toys announced today that it has begun a licensing agreement with CD PROJEKT RED to create action figures for Cyberpunk 2077! For the next 3 years, McFarlane Toys will be bringing fans the newest figures from the role-playing video game Cyberpunk 2077.  

Crobot and Mascot Records have presented a new music video for “Low Life” from the band’s upcoming studio album MOTHERBRAIN out globally on August 23. The clip captures front man Brandon Yeagley as he navigates multiple settings while exhibiting questionable behavior towards the various characters he comes in contact with. Beloved German folk/rock performer CONNY OCHS has released a new video from his latest LP, Doom Folk, which saw release in early 2019 through Exile On Mainstream. Filmed by Lutz Kretschmann, the stark “King Of The Dead” video showcases the soloist performing the track at Kabumm Studio, Germany where Doom Folk was recorded.
