As THE CULT celebrate the 30th anniversary of their seminal Sonic Temple album, the British group–led by vocalist Ian Astbury and guitarist Billy Duffy–have announced additional dates through the end of 2019. The new U.S. shows in December follow the band’s U.K. dates and support the September 13 release of THE CULT: SONIC TEMPLE 30 by Beggars Arkive.
Canadian blackened death metal masters NECRONOMICON have announced an extensive run of U.S. tour dates in support of SUFFOCATION and BELPHEGOR. The trek will kick off on October 23 in Sauget, IL and will conclude a month later on November 23 in Reading, PA. Norwegian black metal masters 1349 have released the official music video for the song “Dødskamp.” The track was originally recorded in conjunction with the Edvard Munch museum and will appear on the band’s new record, ‘The Infernal Pathway.’ The clip, which was filmed and edited by Carl Eek Torgersen / Necrolust Productions at Inferno Festival 2019 in Oslo, Norway, can be seen here… Earlier this year, “Dødskamp” was commissioned by Innovation Norway, Visit Norway, and the Munch Museum.
