San Diego-based metallists Cage are set to return on October 30th, with the release of their latest metallic tour de force, ‘Ancient Evil’ (via SMG Records), and a little more than a week later, the band will be hitting the northeast of the U.S.

The first single from this self-produced set of urgent, anthemic and lyrically-timely rock, “Impossible,” debuts exclusively on SiriusXM’s Octane (channel 37) Sunday, Nov. 1, at 1:00 pm EST, and goes immediately into rotation thereafter. On Nov. 6, the single will be available on iTunes, Spotify and Amazon, and goes to rock radio for adds Nov. 9.  

For the fourth year in a row (the most by any artist human, Scumdog or otherwise), your masters GWAR returned to The A.V. Club to take part in the A.V. Undercover Series. The A.V. Undercover Series features artists covering other artists’ music.
