Magic Bullet Records is ecstatic to announce the signing of Chicago-based SWEET COBRA for the release of their anxiously awaited new studio album, Earth, late this Spring. The band’s triumphant new LP was recorded and produced by Matt Talbot of Hum and Kurt Ballou of Converge, and also features guest musical contributions from each artist. Earth is their first full-length recording since their lauded 2010-released Mercy.
NYC rock act CILVER has signed a worldwide deal with eOne Music with plans to release their debut LP later this year. “I’m looking forward to a great future at eOne!,” says vocalist Uliana Preotu. “I’m very excited to be a part of such an amazing home for artists and work with people who are just as passionate about music as we are!”
Hard rock legends BLACK LABEL SOCIETY, fronted by guitar icon ZAKK WYLDE, have announced the Unblackened tour. Originally performed as a one night only concert at Club Nokia in Los Angeles for a live CD/DVD release two years ago, the show will now make its way across the U.S. The show will feature intimate versions of some of the band’s most popular songs, as well as songs from Wylde’s best-selling solo album Book of Shadows & his Southern rock band Pride & Glory.
