Today, IDW Games announced it had signed J.K. Woodward and Dave Dorman to be the art team for their launch title, Kill Shakespeare. Woodward’s work has been a mainstay at IDW since 2005, where he helped relaunch Fallen Angel before moving on to various Star Trek series, including last-year’s best-selling Star Trek: The Next Generation/Doctor Who maxi-series. Dave Dorman is an Eisner Award-winning artist known for his extensive work in the fantasy genre, including Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and much more.

There have been very few men in the history of comic book villains who have been able to portray the role of The Joker properly. The role requires a beautifully crafted and enthusiastic individual to be able to soundly portray the qualities that define the character. With the interpretation of DC comics balancing the line of rise and fall of success and failure through out the years, it should come as no surprise that the Arkham Games have completely pounded the nail on the head.

In our adventures we stumbled onto some of the most innovated and learning centered forms of gaming that the industry has seen to date. The talent in the youth of gaming developers is heightening and thriving as the years go by and this showcase only proved to incite massive amounts of excitement for the future of what is to come.

The news came as a blow to all fans of the Elder Scrolls series. Not only would they have to pay for the online subscription for The Elder Scrolls Online, they would also have to purchase and Xbox Gold member account. Fan’s of online gaming have long endured the suffrage of subscription hounding games with inflation of price, additional charges, and renewals annually, however, being slapped with a double charge so Microsoft can benefit from an already sound investment sounds like a little bit too much, and Bethesda is fighting back.

Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag is quite possibly one of the most highly anticipated games of the year. After Ubisoft announced that they would be releasing a new game annually there was some speculation as to whether or not the game would get old and played out. However, watching some video footage of fort siege in the new game, my faith has been restored.  

The epic climax of Activision and Treyarch’s Call of Duty®: Black Ops II Downloadable Content (DLC) Season Pass culminates with Apocalypse. Available first on the Xbox Live® online entertainment network from Microsoft on August 27, the game’s fourth and final DLC Pack delivers four thrilling and diverse multiplayer maps, and the all-new wildly creative Zombies experience – “Origins”.

Now we can have a taste of what we need in a new form. This excitement comes in the form of an online game. It was announced at San Diego Comic Con’s press day and for more information check out . This is so beyond exciting that I can hardly contain myself.

Ubisoft announced a Limited Edition bundle for Watch Dogs in North America. It’s slated to come out on November 19th for $129.99, the set will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC copies of the game.

Amazon has taken to the web and announced that the have sold out of launch day consoles due to the massive amount of pre-orders. In a post on Facebook, the company explained that Standard Editions will still be offered, but these are unlikely to arrive on release day. It’s unclear if more consoles will be stocked to the retailer as a result.

For 13 years China has banned their populace from playing games through consoles. For reasons of promotion of violence and lewd content the country decided to nix the idea all together. For the first time in over a decade they are considering overturning this ridiculous law under some strict boundaries that they have laid out.  

NetherRealm creative director Ed Boon has informed the world that Injustice’s fifth downloadable character will be revealed at the Evo fighting game tournament this weekend. On Twitter, Boon confirmed the news, and also stated that the announcement “will also feature a new character skin that players have been CLAMORING for MONTHS now!”
