The ground breaking case that was headed to the supreme court involving the estate of the late Jack Kirby and Disney owned Marvel has been settled.

The case was actually making its way to the Supreme Court and was actually about to be heard and possibly create a shock wave in the creator rights advocacy in an industry that is reaping billions for corporations and leaving individuals lacking in their creations and out of those financial windfalls. The settlement is confidential but seeing the writing on the wall, must be substantial for the Kirby Estate. The family has requested and notified the SCOTUS that they want their petition dismissed.
