If you told me that one day Carcass and Deafheaven would be doing a tour together, I’d shrug it off. Probably the same way I would have said that they would never tour with Lamb of God, either, but that happened, as well. Now in an effort to prove me wrong, both of those bands have banded together for what is without a doubt an amazing, albeit questionable tour in recent memory.
Taking to Facebook, Deafheaven announced today that they will be embarking on an US co-headlining tour with the melo death/grindcore pioneers, Carcass. The latter has just wrapped up a US run with Crowbar and Ghoul, whereas this tour seems to be covering the areas in between that they missed on their last run. While Carcass has yet to announce it themselves, Deafheaven made a mode, providing the dates as well:

Inter Arma are currently slated to open for these dates, coming hot off the release of Paradise Gallows, of which I enjoyed earlier this year. These shows will without a doubt sell out, so be ready Friday morning to get them while they last.
