The general of the GI Joe squad will be played by Dennis Quaid (The Right Stuff, In Good Company and The Day After Tomorrow).
Heavy Duty will be played by Adewale Akinnouye-Agbaje (Lost).
Ripcord will be played by Marlon Wayans (The Wayans Brothers).
Scarlett, armed with her deadly crossbow, will be played by Rachel Nichols, who previously starred as Jennifer Garner’s arch-nemesis on Alias. She will also appear in the upcoming Star Trek movie.
The Cobra team’s weapons supplier and developer known for his military will be played by Christopher Eccleston (Gone in 60 Seconds and Elizabeth).
The Cobra team’s Ninja assassin who specializes in infiltration and espionage will be played by Byung Hun Lee (A Bittersweet Life).
The calculating espionage agent for the Cobra team will be played by Sienna Miller (Stardustm, Factory Girl).
