The decision to leave RAGNAROK, has been an extremely hard one to make. Jontho and Brigge brought me in to the horde in 2005, and this still stands as my biggest achievement as a musician. Personal circumstances have made it so that I will not be able to dedicate myself to RAGNAROK, as much as it requires. It is with a heavy heart that we have come to an agreement, and I am pulling out of the band.

Boris Records has released the self-titled debut EP from Atlanta rockers GUNPOWDER GRAY. Released Saturday to commemorate Record Store Day, the first 100 copies of the vinyl edition of the EP are available on purple vinyl. All copies after will come in standard black vinyl. The EP is also available as a digital download.

Following its initial CD and digital release in October, THEOLOGIAN‘s latest full-length, Some Things Have To Be Endured, will receive a deluxe vinyl release from Crucial Blast on July 22nd, 2014. This new LP edition of the album will come in gatefold packaging and feature completely different artwork from the CD version previously released by Crucial Blast, using the evocative and disturbing images of NY photographer Gretchen Heinel. The vinyl will be pressed on blood-red wax in an edition of five hundred copies, and will include a digital download of the album.

New York City hardcore veterans Madball have set Hardcore Lives as the title of their forthcoming album. The LP was engineered by Ken Susi (of Unearth) and mixed/mastered by Zeuss (Hatebreed, Whitechapel). It also features guest appearances from Scott Vogel (Terror), Toby Morse (H20) and Candace Puopolo (formerly Kucsulain, Walls of Jericho).
