Gore metal maniacs EXHUMED announce headline US tour dates for the end of Fall with Arkaik. The tour commences November 15 in San Diego, CA and ends December 8 in Oklahoma City, OK. A full list of confirmed tour dates is available below.

Junkyard’s third full length studio album, High Water (released April 21, 2017) made huge waves upon release, selling out of initial pressings and cracking Billboard’s Top 25 Hard Rock Album Sales Chart. Fans and critic’s agree the album, the band’s first in full length 26 years, is among the strongest rock records released in 2017. Just as Festival and club dates in the UK and US wrapped in August, Little Steven’s Underground Garage snagged the first single, “Faded” as the Coolest Song in the World (week of Sept. 17).

Philadelphia’s NOTHING has entered Dreamland Studio in Woodstock, NY with producer John Agnello (Sonic Youth, Dinosaur JR, Murder City Devils, Kurt Vile, etc.) to record their third full-length album. The album will see a Spring 2018 release via Relapse Records.

In continued promotion of their 2016 release, “Where Shadows Forever Reign”, Swedish black metal luminaries DARK FUNERAL have announced plans to return to North America in 2018 on a co-headlining tour alongside Greek symphonic death metalllists’ Septicflesh with support by Thy Antichrist. With the band still touring extensively for their latest release, The Stage, Avenged Sevenfold are returning to the US for more shows in some select cities. Better yet, they’ve amassed a strong line-up to set the stage for them every night.  

I never clicked with the Warped Tour-metalcore thing during my formative high school years, but August Burns Red have always been a cut above the rest. Still going strong after all these years, the technical metalcore group just doesn’t know when to stop. And if this tour is any indication, August Burns Red aren’t slowing down eight albums into their career.
