Image Comics and Top Cow Productions are proudly spotlighting the landmark 150th issue of their iconic original comic book series this week with an over-sized issue full of extras. WITCHBLADE #150 also marks Ron Marz’s 70th consecutively written issue of one of the longest running comics with a single female lead, and a major turning point in the life of Sara Pezzini.  

IMAGE EXPO, the one-of-a-kind celebration commemorating the 20th Anniversary of Image Comics and celebrating creator-owned comics, is announcing many new guests! French death /black metal band SVART CROWN will hit the road accross Europe with  ULCERATE in February 2012 on “The Burning Winter Tour 2012”.

Having just completed a massive thirty-six date North American tour supporting Mayhem, the ABIGAIL WIILIAMS  touring machine will continue on the road this week for six headlining dates, beginning in Wilmington, Delaware tonight. Taking only a few weeks off after this run of dates, ABIGAIL WILLIAMS hit the road on another set of headlining performances on their way to provide direct support for Dark Funeral’s North American assault engulfing all of February, immediately followed by a full tour with Deicide through the end of March! Metallica celebrated its 30th anniversary as a band last week, performing four shows at the Fillmore Theatre in San Francisco, CA, exclusively for members of their fan club, the Metallica Club.  

Killswitch Engage has been confirmed as the headliner of the 14th Annual New England Metal and Hardcore Festival. The festival helped to launch the career of the Westfield, Mass., band and the festival vets went on to sign with Roadrunner Records.
