Between The Buried And Me embark on their first North American tour since the release of The Parallax II: Future Sequence this February, joining Coheed and Cambria for a six-week tour that kicks off Feb. 4 in Washington, D.C.  

Hatebreed will release their new studio album The Divinity Of Purpose on January 29th 2013 in the United States/Canada and on January 25th in Europe. This is Hatebreed’s sixth album to date and first for new label partners Razor & Tie in North America and Nuclear Blast in Europe and various additional international territories.  

Multi-Platinum Canadian rockers Three Days Grace released their 4th album, Transit of Venus, last month, a follow up to 2009’s Life Starts Now. In support of the release the band opted to play small club shows for their long-time fans. Most of the 14 special club dates sold out within ten minutes.  

Mastodon guitarist Brent Hinds is receiving praise for his side project West End Motel‘s newest release Only Time Can Tell, out now on Warner Bros/ADA. The album is streaming in its entirety at AOL Spinner in addition to PASTE Magazine, who lauds its “acoustic-driven, country-twinged tracks.” Similarly, MTV declares it “hypnotizing,” praising the “brittle guitars and hushed, husky vocals,” while Alternative Press states, “rockabilly and surf rock with strong flavors of Stax and Motown soul prevail, yet a smorgasbord of disparate influences also insinuate their way into this mix, ensuring no two songs are alike.”  

Last week saw the release of the debut Symbiosis from Miami, Florida’s ABIOTIC has been on Metal Blade Records. In support of the release, ABIOTIC will be going on tour this December with label mates Battlecross. The tour kicks off December 8th in Toledo, OH and runs through December 19th in Pittsburgh, PA. Following the tour, the band will be making an appearance at this year’s “Everything is Bigger in Texas” Festival scheduled for December 22nd in San Antonio, TX.  

Debuts At #50 On U.S. Billboard Top 200 Albums Charts. Microsoft and 343 Industries in conjunction with new soundtrack partner 7Hz Productions, today announced the “Halo 4” Original Soundtrack (OST) produced by composer Neil Davidge of Massive Attack fame is now available online and in stores. The “Halo 4” Original Soundtrack, featuring 15 tracks and over 75 minutes of unique music, marks the first time a new composer has taken the reins for the iconic series’ musical score since the launch of the original “Halo” game more than a decade ago.  

A&M/Octone recording artists Hollywood Undead return with their new single “We Are” from their forthcoming album Notes From The Underground. The song is being serviced to Modern and Active Rock Radio. “We Are” reunites the band with producer Danny Lohner [Nine Inch Nails, Puscifer], and it’s an epic call-to-arms laced with gnashing guitars, lyrical jabs, and fiery beats.
