DC released a list earlier today of several properties coming to the trade market in late 2012. It’s a doozie! DC is planning some obvious releases like War Of The Green Lanterns and Brightest Day. They also plan to release a super omnibus of 52. Also, DC seems to be digging into the vault with some for some really cool stuff. Take a look below…

With all that’s been going on in DC comics lately it can be easy to forget about the goings-on within the other facets of comic book geek-dom (of which there are many.) Growing up, I always thought that I was the only one who liked comic books and superhero cartoons, which I watched early in the morning before heading to school. On Saturday morning, I would get up, bright eyed and bushy tailed to watch all those comic book superhero shows like Super Friends, Spiderman and His Amazing Friends and Gobots. So it was refreshing to know that there were others just like me who were inspired by the superheroes I watched jumping off the screen. One of those was Michael E. Uslan, which he describes in his recent book “The Boy Who Loved Batman”.
