Spring is here, and with it comes a wave of fun new anime, manga & more! Here’s the full announcement for all the details, and a quick summary of new debuts for this month: 

The BORUTO: NARUTO NEXT GENERATIONS Set 1 home video is finally here! Catch the adventures of Naruto’s irrepressible son in Set 1, featuring 13 episodes of the hit series on Blu-ray or DVD formats – the set debuts on April 9th at favorite retailers! An exclusive Blu-ray and T-shirt bundle will also be available at participating Walmarts!

In the new short story collection MY HERO ACADEMIA: SCHOOL BRIEFS Vol. 1, catch a behind the scenes look at what the would-be heroes do at school, from the annual Sports Festival, to internships, to even Parents’ Day! The first volume is now available, and includes adorable illustrations of our favorite heroes!

The acclaimed NAUSICAÄ OF THE VALLEY OF THE WIND gets a deluxe art book and picture book release this month! The gorgeous art book includes sketches, developmental water colors, cel animation, and more for the cult classic; the picture book is perfect for introducing younger readers to the epic film! Both the hardcover art book and picture book are available on April 16th!

Arriving on April 16th is SMASHED: JUNJI ITO STORY COLLECTION, the master of horror’s latest trove of 13 terrifying visions, including the titular story! Welcome to Junji Ito’s world…a world with no escape from endless nightmares!

And finally, new debut for the month is NIER:AUTOMATA – SHORT STORY LONG! The placid 2B and excitable 9S androids are back in more adventures based on the bestselling video game from Square Enix debuting on April 9th!
