Just days after announcing a much-anticipated new album, Morbid Angel have unfortunately broken news that their forthcoming European tour has been canceled.
The band made the following comment on their Facebook, announcing the cancellation:
“World Management and Morbid Angel announce today that there will be No November/December show dates in Europe due to continued problems with the U.S. State Department and passport issues. We apologize to our promoters and fans and hope to be able to solve this in 2018.”
According to Lambgoat, this is “the second time in the past three months” that Morbid Angel have had to abandon a European tour. Hopefully these passport issues will become a bad memory and soon the death metal titans can visit Europe properly.
