CHAOS RECORDS signs BLOOD MORTIZED

CHAOS RECORDS proudly announce the signing of Swedish Death Metal band deluxe BLOOD MORTIZED for their upcoming EP entitledBESTIAL. The EP was recorded, mixed, mastered and produced by drummer Mattias Borgh at Underworld Recording, Sweden. Featuring artwork from Thomas Kynst and Daniel Devilish the four track EP is slated for a June/July 2011 release on both CD and Vinyl format.

BLOOD MORTIZED was founded in late 2007. The music is heavily influenced by old school death metal from the the early 90’s manily from the golden “Studio Sunlight era”. BLOOD MORTIZED consists of veterans from the Swedish Death Metal scene. In 2009 they released their debut album on Vrykoblast Productions.

BLOOD MORTIZED IS:

Mattias Parkkila: Vocals

Previously a member of bands such as Stigmata, E.G.Y.P.T, Excretion. Current sides projects are Birch Mountain and Malfeitor. Mattias has also done session vocals for Excruciate.

Anders Biazzi: Guitars & Bass

Former member of early death metal bands like Patholog and Scum, which later transformed into Amon Amarth. Anders was active with Amon Amarth between 1991 and 1998 and performed on the bands demos and the first two official releases.

Gustav Myrin: Guitar

Former member of early death metal band Patholog. Has played with Stockholm band Apes IQ.

Mattias Borgh: Drums

A member of early old school bands such as Embryo and the newly resurrected cult phenomen Crypt of Kerberos. Mattias is also member of Arcana, Sonic Venue and Caliphora.

Drummer Mattias Borgh states the following:
