In the wake of their critically lauded new album Death Potion, New York thrash metallers Early Man have announced the “Worst Music Video Contest.” The band is inviting the public to create the most cringe-inducing music video humanly possible for the song “Fight.” The song, which appears on Death Potion, is also up for download on the contest site, where the guidelines are clearly outlined. Submissions must be received by December 15th. Entries will be pared down to three finalists, with the winner being selected by the band. The grand prize winner will receive a host of prizes, among them an Early Man Snowboard furnished by Nitro Snowboards. Runners up will receive an autographed copy of Death Potion.
Death Potion,produced by the legendary Jack Endino (Nirvana, High On Fire) is now available at the special price of $6.99 at both iTunes and Amazon, and will remain so through March 2011. The band recently announced tour dates in support of Death Angel. Tickets are on sale now. The full itinerary is below:
