Ibex Moon Record’s Estuary and Cardiac Arrest have been added to select dates on the upcoming Enthroned / Destroyer 666 / Pathology tour. Marking the first time in nine years that Enthroned has invaded US soil, this promises to be one of the heaviest tours of the summer. Cardiac Arrest drummer, Jim “Grindhead” Deabenderfer issued the following statement:

“We are very proud to be a part of such a strong lineup for the Enthroned/Destroyer 666 tour.  All the bands on the bill are outstanding, including the headliners, Pathology, and Estuary.  We are in good company, and it’s always nice to share the stage with bands that challenge you to up your game every night.  Being on the road with our old friends in Estuary is a dream come true, and people coming to the shows are in for a well-rounded, killer metal show!

We’d like to express our thanks to John at Ibex Moon and Dan at The Pantheon Agency for providing this opportunity.  The Word of ROT is Spreading… internationally!  You are next!”

Ripping solos, guttural proclamations, and rhythms that sound like a downshifting truck full of lead backing over the corpses of lesser bands. What the hell else do you want?Blabbermouth.net

I loved every track on this album as it blends breakneck grind speed with pounding death rhythms that anyone from the late 80s and early 90s will remember so well. Anyone with an interest in Autopsy, early Death, Obituary, Malevolent Creation, Deicide, insert your favourite 90s death metal band here ………………………, will absolutely worship this. – Metal Team UK

Monstrous old school death with murder one barrel bottom vocals, cement mixer rhythms and of course, buzzsaw riffs.

Still existing, still enduring; Cincinnati, Ohio-based Estuary have been grinding out their own brand of death/thrash metal since 2002. Since then, the band has shared the stage with the likes of Incantation, Krisiun, Bloody Sign and Macabre (among others) and has toured across Europe, Canada and the United States. Estuary’s last recorded output came in form of the critically acclaimed The Craft Of Contradiction.

Estuary sound the death metal knell by formulating nodes and notes of anguish and fever.MetalCovenant.com

On The Craft of Contradiction, Estuary has, simply put, nailed it. It is one of the few albums that may in fact appeal to both diehard thrash and death metal fans because of its seamless integration of the styles.Blabbermouth.net

If honest to goodness extremity is what you’re craving, check out a new band on the scene delivering the goods: Estuary. – Metal-Rules
